Are feminist really trying to ban the word “bossy”? Apparently the first amendment doesn’t matter anymore because feelings trump everything else.
It’s not a literal ban, oh my god. That’s just the…
Someone’s best argument is literally shut the fuck up and you attack my intelligence, ah so refreshing. I’m simply trying to say that we need to stop protecting kids from everything because the world is an unforgiving place. Words don’t hurt you unless you let them. Should people be nicer? Of course but sorry that’s not how to the world works. Nice try attacking my intelligence because you don’t agree with me because you are the almighty when it comes to everything. Saying I don’t care, yea right, I care more then you because I realize the world isn’t all sunshine and rainbows, so you need to teach kids young how to deal with it instead of hiding them from it.
seriously though, like if parents intervened more in their children’s lives and were actual role models and actually explained to their children about things like this, it would be so much more effective. like their daughter gets called bossy, teach her it’s not a bad thing and teach her more about how to be a positive leader. there are just so many better ways to go about this than to encourage banning the word..
crime rates down 100% after president makes it illegal to do crimes.
"i don’t know why we didn’t think of this before," he said
I love capitalism.
Saying you love capitalism is akin to saying you love the exploitation and dehumanisation of people of colour.
Saying “Saying you love capitalism is akin to saying you love the exploitation and dehumanization of people of color” is akin to saying “I’ve never read anything about economics but damned if I won’t have an opinion about it”.
I love capitalism.
Plot twist: A fat protagonist has a compelling arc and stays fat the whole time, because using weightloss to signify personal growth is fucked up and also lazy writing.

that’s not really that much of a difference
Plus, for the Shrek one, you can kind of also count Fiona.
The birth of the modern American libertarian movement can arguably be traced back to three women: Rose Wilder Lane, Isabel Paterson, and Ayn Rand.
We’re celebrating their lives and work at Libertarianism․org during Women’s History Month.
